The Guinness Cake

I have always been a big fan of Nigella Lawson....I love the way she cooks for her family and friends and how she loves entertaining guests. I also love her kitchen and her storage room...hoping that someday I will have my dream kitchen also..I'm glad that most of the ingredients in her TV show are available here in the Philippines..One that I tried baking was the Guinness Cake..It's a simple and easy cake to do but heavenly delicious. I promise! lol!

The picture was taken after it was served already to my surprise visitors so before I had the opportunity to frost it nicely, my visitors were already in our house and the cake had been consumed by almost half already, but I'm happy to say that they loved it, and appreciation for it was more than enough for me already plus the fact that I love visitors and cooking for them.

I'm looking forward to doing more of Nigella's simple but heavenly cakes and dishes...
